Platinum Extra Services offers a premium standard of accommodation, services, dining, recreational activities and Allied Health Services.

 

The extra services and facilities, provided for an additional daily fee, include:

 

Accommodation

  • Suites are appointed with superior furnishings and fittings

  • Low care areas are located so there is ease of access to the garden courtyards, with beautifully landscaped gardens and areas for recreation and relaxation

 

Services

  • Bed linen and towelling of superior quality

  • Personal clothing is ironed after laundering

  • Concierge Services

  • Daily delivery of your choice of newspaper

  • Monthly magazines in the lounge rooms

  • Manicure and waxing treatments available in the professionally appointed beauty salon

  • Complimentary hairdressing to the value of $20

  • Telephone handset in each suite - Please note: connection and phone services are at resident’s own cost

  • Birthday celebrations with a cake and afternoon tea for up to four guests

  • Meals are served with superior china and napery

 

Dining

  • Platinum Extra Services offers a hot breakfast or tropical breakfast daily

  • Residents can select from a variety of fresh juice, cereals, porridge, warm toast and fresh fruit

  • Freshly baked cakes or pastries are served each day for morning tea

  • A three course meal will be offered at lunch with an entrée or soup, a choice of two hot dishes or salad, and dessert

  • Alcohol will be served at lunch, with a choice from a selection of wines and beer

  • Each day there will be afternoon refreshments, with fresh fruit and snacks available between meals

  • A light, nourishing evening meal provides a choice of two hot dishes, salad or sandwiches, and dessert

  • To ensure a good night’s sleep, supper will be served with a range of hot or cold beverages

  • Each week the Lifestyle and Wellbeing Team will organise a Happy Hour, where a selection of cocktails and alcoholic drinks will be served together with finger food

 

Recreational and Allied Health Services

  • Additional access to physiotherapy services, according to individual needs

  • Low care residents will be provided with podiatry services at no extra charge

  • A Lifestyle and Wellbeing Team member will be exclusively assigned to ensure recreational and diversional therapy needs are fulfilled
